The Canyon Springs Ranch is an excellent cowcalf operation, hunting property, it has adequate improvements and working facilities and is an ideal family sized operation and this type of property is in demand. It consists of 3,360 deeded acres, 800 acres of State of Wyoming lease and 80 acres of Bureau of Land Management lease acres. There is a comfortable two bedroom home that was built in 1988, and has the needed various outbuildings to run a ranch of this size which are located along Lane Canyon Spring beneath the dramatic uplift of the Goshen Rim. Approximately three sections of the ranch are below the rim and the rest of the ranch provides an abundance of summer and winter grass on top of the rim approximately 600 feet in elevation above the headquarters. Lane Canyon Springs runs approximately 4050 gallons per minute and provides yearround live water through the ranch. The ranch is very well watered via pipeline systems and several springs and is divided into seven pastures not including the holding, sorting and working corrals at the improvements. The ranch has abundant feed and excellent protection from the elements from the canyons and rim country to the sloping hillsides along the spring creeks, drainages and riparian areas thriving due to the yearround water supplies. From a recreation standpoint, the elk, mule deer and antelope hunting is phenomenal.
