The White Creek Mountain Camp is a rare opportunity located east of Shell, Wyoming in the Big Horn Mountains. It consists of 563.52 +/- deeded acres and the owners currently lease 163 +/- acres of Federal/BLM lease acreage. There is electricity on the property, which is a very rare amenity on top of the Big Horns.
There are four permitted springs on the property. White Creek runs through the property for approximately 3/4 of a mile and supports a healthy population of Brook trout, wildlife and livestock. The property is home to a substantial elk population and the Sellers have received landowner elk permits for the last 15 years. Mule deer are also prevalent on the property. The property is in Elk Hunt Area 41 and Mule Deer Area 51. The property is completely fenced and stock tanks have been installed on several of the springs. Property in this area is always in high demand.
