DESCRIPTION OF TOWN: Laramie is home to the University of Wyoming. We have found the people to be warm, friendly, and trusting. Rock River is a much smaller town with very friendly people. Cheyenne, the State Capitol, is 60 miles to the east of Laramie.

RECREATION FACILITIES: The Wyoming Dept. of Game and Fish has installed a concrete boat ramp and three sets of restrooms around Wheatland Reservoir #3. Wheatland reservoir #3 is about 3 miles from these parcels and open to the public. The Wyoming fish and Game stocked this reservoir with Rainbow and Cut Throat Trout, fishing is fantastic here. Waterfowl such as ducks and geese are also abundant here.
