TOPOGRAPHY: This area is grassy open meadow. Most properties are gently sloped, though a few have some steep slopes. All have a mix of grass and big views.

AVAILABLILTY OF WATER: a nearby irrigation well produces 600 gallons per minute! Well logs for this area range from 100-200 feet deep and 10-25 gallons per minute.
