ACCESS: A private access road was built in 2013 that accesses these properties. Heavy winter storms may create drifts in the road.

TIMBER: Some scattered Ponderosa Pine. Creek bottoms & springs have Cottonwoods & Willows. Mostly open grassland.

TOPOGRAPHY: This is rolling foothill terrain with some steep portions. There are some nice rock outcroppings which offer great hiding spots for the abundant game on the property and huge views of the Laramie Mountains.
