Lying within an easily accessible yet remote part of Medicine Bow National Forest there is much to be said about how many outdoor activities there are on the property and its surrounding public land with hundreds of thousands of acres of trails and forested land. Location

The Aetna Claims are located approximately 9+/- miles SE of the town of Encampment and a short distance from Saratoga. The Access is very good with well-maintained USFS logging roads leading up to the private easement into the property. The towns of Encampment and Saratoga have many good amenities with a grocery store and numerous good dining spots.
