Loon Rapids Resort is a beautiful sanctuary, with Three homes situated on their own parcels of land, adjoining the lush Nicolet National Forest on two sides. Better yet, enjoy outdoor eating and drinking with ease by utilizing the outdoor kitchen area, equipped with a built-in cooler, grill, and spacious food prep area. Bask in the magnificent forests canopy on the deck or on the private balcony that sits 50 feet in the air or enjoy a therapeutic soak in the tub for two. The third property is the newly built (2023) The Ravens Nest. This home is also referred to as the The Honeymoon Suite, which is endowed with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a modern open-conception kitchen/living space, and a dining area with a view. Each bathroom was constructed with elegant ceramic tile for a tranquil experience. Exit the lower deck and descend the enormous rock stairway to the captivating riverbanks, where you can choose to hike in the forest, kayak, tube, or simply lounge out in nature. The granite spring feed pond is an option as well.
The homes have been built to allow for a state of deep relaxation, as well as contentment in being surrounded by nature. This brand-new, sustainable property was built with two goals in mind- the feeling of luxury and the preservation of nature for generations to come.
