Overlooking the Columbia River Gorge, Goodnoe Station graces the southwesterly bluffs of Goodnoe Hills in the heart of Washingtons wine country. This prime location at the southern end of the esteemed Columbia Valley AVA is adjacent to the V75 Vineyard. This property benefits from its unique location in the rain shadow of the Cascade Mountains, a region celebrated for its diverse microclimates and soil variations. This will allow Goodnoe Station to produce grapes with the distinct character and complexity that the adjacent V75 Vineyard is known for. The terroir, a combination of climate, soil, and topography, significantly shapes the flavors and aromas of the grapes grown here. Goodnoe Station also shares similar latitudes as the finest wine regions in the world, such as Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Lyon.

This offering includes blocks V9, V10, and V11, which consist of 786.29 surveyed gross acres with 500 approximate tillable acres of unplanted, south-facing land. The varying altitudes are conducive to growing multiple grape varietals. The warm, sun-kissed slopes of the lower valleys foster the growth of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Malbec, while the higher plateaus with their cooler breezes are well suited to growing crisp whites such as Chardonnay, Reisling, and Pinot Gris.
