This property straddles the UGB zone and part of it is zoned industrial, as it adjoins the Wheeler Industrial Park. The remainder is general agricultural. Irrigation is through the ISBR's Quincy Columbia Basin Project, applied to the farm in pivots, wheel lines, and riff irrigation. The lay of the land dictates the irrigation service needs.
