Welcome to the 10 Mile Creek Ranch in Asotin County in Washington State. This ranch is only three miles from the Snake River, which borders the entire eastern boundary of Asotin County.
This 4,889.69 acre ranch is one tract of land that is very irregular: approximately 2.25 miles wide from east to west and 7.25 miles from north to south. The property is located on the north end of Weissenfel Ridge in Ten Mile Creek Canyon. There is a total of 4,889.69 Farm Service Agency (FSA) acres, including cropland acreage and pastureland that is fenced and cross-fenced.
The farmland has a 10-year average yield of 60-62 bushels per acre. Farming rotation is primarily wheat-fallow, along with some canola pending rainfall or the need for soil disease control. Tenant tillage practice is direct seeding. Some of the noxious weeds are small areas of rye, along with some goat grass that the tenant has been managing very well. The farm ground is leased through 2025. Any offer or sale is subject to this lease.
