The River Bottom Ranch is a 565 acre property that has about 1 mile of frontage on the Brazos River along with significant frontage on paved County Road 25. The ranch is mostly old growth mossy live oak trees that tower over the various ares of denser underbrush. The ranch offers good grass for livestock grazing and an even better setting for its wide variety of wild game including numerous whitetail deer, wild hogs, coyotes, bobcats, and a variety of migratory birds including dove and ducks. The meandering path of the Brazos River forms the ranch's eastern boundary line and creates an attractive opportunity for fishing, bird watching, and duck hunting. The ranch includes one older wood frame tenant house which provides minimal contributory value. There are also two functional quonset metal shop buildings.
