Over time, it will thicken and will make a great hunting pasture. This land is surrounded by large acreage ranches and is within a 1/4 mile of the 50,000 acre Gibson Ranch and one mile from the 90,000 acre Triangle Ranch. Several creeks and wooded draws transverse the neighboring pastures making corridors for wildlife, and scattered wheat fields provide winter nutrition. As it stands now, you can hunt whitetail deer and feral hog on the property with some feeders set up, and it would make a good quail hunting place too.
