Just over 163 acres of pristine woodlands, this secluded property has a spring-fed pond and several undeveloped natural springs, meadows, and rolling terrain. This wilderness retreat is perfect for ATV adventures, fishing, camping, and hunting. The owner may apply for two Landowner Preference (LOP) tags each year. Access is provided by a private easement and national forest roads.

The surrounding Wallowa-Whitman National Forest and Elkhorn Mountains provide endless options for hiking, camping, fishing, and wildlife viewing. In the winter, it is a popular destination for snowmobiling and cross-country skiing enthusiasts.
