The ranch is 67+ acres, it has two parcels. The 47+ acre parcel (east side of Bewley Creek Rd.) has the Tillamook River running thru the middle of the property. The 20+ acre parcel (west side of Bewley Creek Rd.) is bordered by the Tillamook River and Bewley Creek. There is a great fishing hole for salmon and trout. It also has a seasonal pond with lots of waterfowl. The Tillamook River is known for the Fall and Spring Chinook, Steelhead and Native Cut-Throat trout.
