The Alder Creek pasture contains approximately 2,000 acres of native spring, summer and fall pasture. The rangeland is situated just East of Baker City. The property is in good condition and has good perimeter fencing. The prior owner developed a well for stock water which can be extended to serve other pastures making a reliable source for good stock water.
The range is gently sloping, South facing slope for the most part. Variety of native grass makes it desirable for cows/calves or yearlings. There are no improvements but the prior owner used portable corrals and the country is easy to gather.
