Located along the banks of one of Montanas greatest fly fishing rivers, Yellowstone Riverbend is conveniently located between Yellowstone National Park and the town of Livingston. As the name suggests, the Yellowstone River forms the north and west boundaries of the property for about a mile. The rolling bluffs above the river showcase the largest of big sky views, with the Gallatin Range to the west and the Absaroka Range to the east and glimpses of the Crazy Mountain Range to the north. The river bottom is full of cottonwood trees and small junipers and is loaded with wildlife, including mule deer, white-tailed deer, and waterfowl migrating up and down the Yellowstone River. The shade and tranquility of the river bottom are enough to give solace even on the hottest Montana summer days. A tremendous riverfront property, Yellowstone Riverbend offers a significant slice of outdoor Montana. Sitting at 4,780 feet, Yellowstone Riverbend consists of 75 acres of deeded land. This property has a broader diversity of wildlife than most ranches, including waterfowl, upland birds, raptors, big game animals, and other species. It is common to see mule deer on the upper portion of the property, with white-tailed deer roaming the river bottom.
