This is a fantastic fishing and hunting property with a ton of eye candy. These 480 acres lay approximately 23 miles Southeast of Townsend, Montana and is accessed by Broadwater Countys Dry Creek Road. There is a high, partially timbered ridge running down the length of the Eastern portion of the property, which gives excellent views of the Sherlock Valley, plus the mountain ranges that surround it. The best view is to the West, where it overlooks the North and West Forks of Spring Creek which come together to form Sherlock Creek. The property is also a calving ground for the Elk herd that travels between the US Forest Service and the Climbing Arrow Ranch. Deer, Bear and Moose also frequent the property.
