The ultimate full-service hunting experience for bear, moose, coyotes, grouse, and woodcock. North Country Lodge is located eleven miles north of Patten and around 25 miles from Baxter State Park plus the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. The lodge and two, year -round homes are situated on 100+ acres in the North Maine Woods just off the Aroostook Scenic Highway in Moro Plantation. The lodge provides comfortable clean accommodations with daily room cleaning service, linens and towels, hot showers, three complete home cooked meals of all you can eat in the dining room serving 36-40, guided bear hunting in an area of over 600 square miles and 120 baited sites. Transportation to and from hunting areas, tracking and recovery, meat processing, freezing facilities, etc. Several different packages available for Moose, Grouse, & Woodcock hunting also. The evenings are spent around the fireplace or woodstove socializing and sharing the adventures of the day in great rooms with well-appointed trophy mounts. A 35x50 heated garage with two 12x50 overhangs, a bait building, plus another building for butchering, deboning, freezing room, and walk in cooler. There are two, year-round homes providing a private entrance with extra sleeping accommodations and bathrooms for the overflow guests in each home. Beautiful log homes for owners or guests with a professional office space for meetings in one of the homes. A third year-round home on its own acreage that abuts the property is being sold separately. The property has been well maintained with attention to detail in every structure and sporting adventure.
