The Baptizing Branch Tract is located in the southern part of Bienville Parish, just minutes from Saline. Less that 2 miles from Saline allows for a quiet getaway while being close to town. Access to this tract is from an oil field road off of Jerry Loop Rd.
This tract consists of a young pine plantation and hardwood bottoms. Baptizing Branch runs through the middle of the property creating a great hardwood bottom throughout most of the property. The pine plantation was recently clearcut and replanted 2-3 years ago. The mix of hardwood bottom and pine plantation make this an excellent hunting tract. Also, this tract is less than 3 miles from Mill Creek reservoir, which can offer some excellent fishing opportunity in the area.
