Power is available at some lots and not available for other lots. Build a house and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy within 1 year of lot closing and you can apply for a $4000 land bank lot rebate. Obtain the CO within 2 years and you can apply for a $3000 rebate from land bank. If the lot does not have power, ask about the possible rebate available after you run power to the lot. Buyer is responsible for all title fees, publication fees and closing fees. Seller does not pay customary closing fees. Lot sizes vary from lot to lot. The land bank lots are located in various subdivisions in Junction City. Some Subdivisions have restrictive covenants.
