As you would expect, theres a primary game trail on both sides of the main hardwood ridge leading to and from the agricultural fields near this property. Mature cottonwoods bordering the creek banks and giant oaks on the ridges leave no doubt of the timber value. The primary entry to the property is from the north along a two acre strip of owned driveway access. The access to the property allows you great access without scent flooding and burning out your stand location on the dominant SW winds.
