The front of the property that connects to the road of the subdivision is gently sloped that runs into a flat area that was previously graded by the company selling the land tracts. It's heavily brushed and wooded, but the front of the property is easily graded and has had a building spot proposed on the soil test. It would require mild grading work to get the front half of the property graded and leveled for a building spot. The back half of the property is walkable, but steeper than the half of the property facing the road. The back side of the property would be good for setting up a hunting stand in the trees as there are several animal trails and signs of deer and wild turkey walking along the property.
