Kessler Tract is located in Effingham County GA on Barney Road. Property has paved road frontage with minimal traffic and very private. The timber was harvested in 2008 with mixed pine and hardwood regeneration coming back. There are several locations of higher buildable home sites. Land could be cleared, planted in grass and used for livestock. In the eastern corner is a low area that may make for a good pond site or watering area for farm animals. Access within tract is limited at this point.

We have estimated acres to be approximately 29 acres. Land will need to be surveyed and price will be adjusted to the surveyed acres. Large percentage of the property had large pines that were harvested. We see potential in this property for a larger parcel literally a couple of minutes from Rincon down Rincon Stillwell Road.
