Hawthorne Residential Lots

Hawthorne Residential totals 128 acres and features approximately 825 platted lots. The lots are permitted and shovel-ready. There are two lots that must be combined to build, bringing the total to about 400 buildable lots. Most of the roads are gravel, but Main Street is paved and maintained by Putnam County. The buildable lots will all be over .25 acres. The roads will need to be cleared as well as the lots. The houses constructed here will be on well and septic. Currently, there are ten houses under construction. There are also 19.7 acres of vacant land contiguous on the south side of these lots and a 14-acre lake that is included in the sale.
