Descriptions

Land

This short grass prairie ranch has a lot of character with Station Gulch running the length of the property. Its a deep draw with several draws running in to it that carries water when it rains. Stock water is provided by several good stock ponds and a new water well with a solar pump. The grasses are mostly Buffalo Grass, Blue Grama Grass, and Western Wheatgrass.

The property is fenced with good 4 strand barbed wire. There is a new water well and a solar pump installed.


Recreation

Big game on the ranch include Mule Deer, Antelope and Elk. Plains Elk tags are over the counter.
