Epperson Ranch has everything you need to hold animals in during every season throughout the year and if you want to hunt off the ranch the northern half borders nearly 200,000 acres of National Forest and BLM ground. Unit 70 provides OTC over the counter elk tags for archery, 2nd and 3rd season rifle tags and the ranch qualifies for landowner deer tags through the LPP landowner preference program.
Cattle:
Epperson Ranch is a good high country cattle operation for you to run up to 100 units during the spring and part of summer. The blue Gamma provides for great protein and the many subsurface water runoff meadows have beautiful lush grass throughout.
