Silva Draw
Located just over a 30 minute drive to Durango Colorado, and about 10 miles from the New Mexico border, Silva Draw is comprised of 320 deeded acres. The ranch is a mixture of pion pines, juniper trees and about 70 acres of production ground that is currently enrolled in the CRP program. The terrain is mixed from flat ground to rolling hills and deep draws that lead to the La Plata river. Hunting:
Hunting on the Silva Draw ranch is very good with strong mule deer densities and, as the seasons progress, occasional trophy buck call this ranch home. Mule deer tags can be drawn every year through the landowner preference program and elk tags can be purchased over the counter for archery second and third seasons.
