Spring turkey hunting is phenomenal as well. The ranch is unencumbered by conservation easements. The Wallace Creek Ranch consists of 1,200+/- acres and shares a common boundary with BLM lands for 2+/- miles, plus the White River National Forest is only a 1/2 mile away. There are approximately 350+/- acres of irrigated pasture/hay meadows with good water rights and production. Wallace Creek traverses through the ranch for approximately 1.5 miles, and there is also a small, stocked pond at the upper end. The ranch has historically been used as a cattle operation and includes three BLM allotments.
