Location: Closest town is Hartsel. A short drive to Woodland Park, and about an hour and fifteen minutes from Colorado Springs.Cross Creek Ranch is a 3 hour drive from Denver International Airport but much closer to the Colorado Springs airport at only an hour and a half (from Hartsel)

Topography: Estimated elevations range from 8,600-9,400 feet. This diverse country includes rolling hills and small valleys with beautiful views of the Park Mountain Range and Eleven Mile Reservoir.

Hunting: GMU 58 allows for: Over-the-counter whitetail tags/late rifle season. Black bear over-the-counter tags/private land only with caps. Mule deer tags, elk licenses and pronghorn licenses are all part of the limited draw process.

Recreation: With 120 (+/-) acres to explore, this ranch allows for a variety of outdoor activities. Hunting, hiking, snowshoeing, camping, running, walking, etc. can all be done right on the property. And if you love to fish, you will find several reservoirs in the nearby areas that provide species including rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, brown trout, kokanee salmon and northern pike. Eleven Mile Reservoir you can visibly see from the ranch, Spinney Mountain Reservoir, and Antero Reservoir are all just a short drive away
