There are 1,500 acres of land on the Murphy-Larsen Ranch. The eleven homesites are located on the South Murphy-Larsen, a curving ridge that overlooks the Continental Divide. The homesites share an extensive network of trails that lead to the Routt National Forest and Wilderness lands. Homeowners have common ownership of the adjacent 875-acre North Murphy-Larsen. The homesites have views across the Elk River Valley east to the Continental Divide. Mature aspens groves span across the ranch.
