The property is accessed by a county-maintained gravel road serving as the southern border. This tract is a must-see located just a couple miles north of Waldron, Arkansas.

The tract is made up of 2 long ridges running east to west with a Valley in the middle with Packsaddle Creek running in the bottom of the valley. This tract has large old-growth pine timber and fertile soil in the lower areas that would make great pasture ground or food plot areas with some clearing. A main transmission line split the property from north to south offering incredible access to interior logging roads.


Recreation
