Access to this property is incredible with Poteau Mountain Road serving as the southern border.Located just a couple miles north of Waldron, Arkansas this property boasts a good amount of highway 71 road frontage.

A cell phone tower is located just off the main gravel road. A main transmission line splits this property and runs from north to south, offering incredible access to interior logging roads. Several wet weather creeks can be found in the low areas.
