Mohave Sun Valley Airpark is a residential airpark, also known as a ''fly-in community''. We are a community specifically designed around an airport where each resident can own their own airplane which they park in their hangar, usually attached to the home or adjacent to it. Each lot has access to paved taxiways leading directly to the paved, lighted 3700 foot runway. Sun Valley Airport (A20), which includes the runway and FBO on the west side of the runway, is a privately owned/public use facility that offers 24 hour self service fuel, airport lounge, and tie down and hangars for the general public and transient aircraft.
