Located just outside Aniak, this 125 acre property is at the confluence of the Kuskokwim and Aniak Rivers. Surrounded by approximately a mile and a half of water frontage, the property is minutes from the Aniak Airport, which offers daily flights to Anchorage. The paved airport runway is 6,000 feet long by 150 feet wide.
About 80 years ago, the property was deeded by a Native Alaskan and has no building restrictions or property taxes, allowing for endless opportunities. The property is flat with a diverse landscape of pebble beaches, elderberry, blueberries, fireweed, spruce, birch, and willow trees. On the south end of the property sits a log cabin that can be used as a base camp or sleeping quarters.
The Aniak River is a hidden treasure prime for reeling in all five species of Pacific salmon, Dolly Varden, leopard rainbow trout, and Arctic char. Aniaks mother river, the Kuskokwim, has the largest chum and silver salmon run and the second largest king salmon run of any river in Alaska.
