The forest is mainly mid-aged natural hardwood stands with areas of older growth of mixed pine hardwood stands. White Oak and other oak species produce good crops of acorns for wildlife forage. There is a significant acreage of densely stocked planted loblolly pine plantation ready for thinning. There are numerous food plots, openings and fields including an open powerline totaling nearly 70 acres .
There is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with central air and heat that has been updated and with all the comforts of home. The property is rolling hills with enough topography to allow for vista type views from the back porch of the house looking across the land to the north.
