Oregon Hazelnut Orchards represents the largest block of currently available, producing hazelnut orchards in the Willamette Valley. The farm consists of 592 acres with approximately 550 orchard acres and is situated just west of the state capital, Salem. Oregon Hazelnut Orchards are comprised of two separate blocks planted at a density of 194 trees per acre.

The Main Block has 448 total acres with approximately 420 orchard acres. This block is largely planted to a mature Barcelona varietal with around 124 acres inter-planted with the Jefferson varietal in 2015 and 33 acres of the McDonald varietal planted in 2019. Two manufactured dwellings house part of the farm team.

A reservoir feasibility study has been completed and shows likely approval for on-site irrigation reservoirs with sufficient capacity to irrigate the orchard, which would add significant value to the underlying ground.

The Home Block has 144 total acres with approximately 130 orchard acres. This block is entirely mature Barcelona in full production. This site in improved with a residential dwelling for the farm team, an office, repair shop, equipment storage, barn and other structures.
