Bidding opens Monday, December 2nd, 2024 @ 10am
Bidding ends Friday, December 6th, 2024 @ 10am.
Final bid will be subject to the landlords approval.
Farm will be rented to the highest bidder on a price per acre basis to be multiplied by 120.77 cropland acres.
Successful bidder will sign a cash rent lease agreement immediately following the auction and pay a non-refundable 20% deposit of the total rent price. Renter will be required to pay the balance of the 1st half rent directly to the landlord on March 1st, 2025.
